What is it? e-PUB is an online alcohol intervention programme, which was developed to encourage third-level students to reflect on their drinking habits, their personal and family risk factors and the health and personal consequences of their drinking behaviours.
How does it work? It is a personalised brief self-assessment programme that takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. The programme is self-guided, and requires no face-to-face contact time with a counsellor or administrator. e-Pub provides quick, confidential feedback.
Is e-PUB confidential? Absolutely. The programme is entirely anonymous.
How can e-PUB help me? The programme is designed to give the user personalised feedback that is designed to support and motivate individuals to adapt and, if necessary, to reduce their consumption patterns.
