If you are unhappy with any aspect of a service provided by Student Affairs we ask you to let us know either personally by telephone or by email. You can also provide anonymous feedback through our Customer Feedback Survey. This link is also attached to the end of all Student Affairs staff emails.
All letters/emails/telephone calls received will be logged and given the proper attention by the relevant staff member(s) within the Division.
