The Academic Registry Division is located in Rooms E0001 and E0002 of the Main Building in the University.
Our Student Help Desk is open from 09:30 - 12:30 and 14:30 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:30 - 12:30 and 14:30 to 15:30 on Fridays. Outside these hours written requests may be placed in our Mail Box located across the corridor from the Academic Registry. All requests are dealt with in chronological order. If you cannot call to the office during our opening times and for requests that require payment, eg. transcripts, ID cards, parchments, etc, please forward the request in writing together with the appropriate fee made payable to the University of Limerick in the form of a cheque / postal order / bank draft. Alternatively you can call us by phone on (061) 233 755 and pay by card over the phone.
Existing Grant Holders
Only students in years 3 and 4 who have applied via their local authorities will continue with the following process of receiving grants
You can now view when your grant has been lodged to your bank account via your online UL Student Portal. You can view this under My Student Reports on the Student Portal - Check if your grant cheque has been lodged!
Grant cheques usually come in 3 instalments a year as follows:
