The Academic Registry Division, University of Limerick
Welcome to the Academic Registry website. It is designed to assist you in accessing important information as you progress through your programme of study and for all staff through critical processes throughout the academic year.
The Academic Registry Division maintains, controls and develops the University's student records, including all personal information, grant records, student registrations, facilitates Module Grade Entry, performance reports and student results, the issuing of all University graduate parchments and the publication of all class and examination schedules for the University. The office also develops and administers procedures for the compliance of all students and staff in support of the University's Academic Regulations and Marks and Standards.
Our main goal is to progress students through their chosen academic path in collaboration with other UL stakeholders (stakeholders include students and other administrative and academic staff within UL).
Within the Academic Registry, we work as a team to achieve our goals and targets. We listen and give our best efforts to provide a timely response to all customers. We look to continually improve our current level of customer satisfaction and the quality of our service through concise quality procedures, technological support and informed staff.
