The fellowship includes EU fees and maintenance (of €15,000 per annum) for three years. Research proposals should relate to an appropriate area of research specialisation in German and/or Spanish at the University of Limerick. The successful candidate will be required to undertake teaching duties to a maximum of 6 hours per week as agreed with their research supervisor and relevant subject leader. An advanced level of proficiency in spoken and written German or Spanish will thus be a key attribute of the successful candidate. This may be assessed by means of an interview.
