Evening Language Courses

For the Academic Year 2021/22, we offer our programme of evening language courses for general purposes in French, German, Japanese, and Spanish. 

The classes are open to UL students and UL staff members as well as members of the general public.

For the upcoming term, the classes will be held either face-to-face (depending on guidance from Health and Safety Authority regarding COVID 19 and recommendations from the University authority) or online classes.  

Each course consists of 20 hours class contact over 10 weeks running from January to end of March 2022.  

Face-to-face / online classes are held from 18.00 to 20.00 on one evening per week (Tuesdays to Thursdays, depending on the language/level).

All groups will be starting in the week of 24th of January 2022 (Week 1 of the Spring semester).  

These courses are designed for adult learners interested in learning a language or improving their existing foreign language skills.

* Participants will be requested to purchase their own copy of the book used in class. Course fees have therefore been reduced accordingly. Details of the relevant books will be confirmed by the teacher on the evening of the first class. The course descriptions can be accessed below.
