The LLH is a free resource which offers support to the learning, teaching and research that takes place within the School of Languages, Literature, Culture and Communication.
In particular, we offer support to:
We facilitate the Centre for Applied Language Studies, the Centre of Irish-German Studies, the UL Language Centre and Aonad na Gaeilge in running courses, seminars and research projects.
The main hub of the LLH is its state-of-the-art Self-Access Centre, which contains many resources that help students improve their language skills. It is located in LC1-008. The LLH facilities also include two computer labs specifically equipped for language teaching and learning and a digital language lab.
