Dr Kathryn O’Sullivan, School of Law, recently visited the Faculty of Law, University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. UVic and UL hold a long established student exchange partnership with students regularly travelling in both directions to undertake study as part of their undergraduate degree. Kathryn was invited by the Faculty of Law’s Speaker’s Committee to participate in a Faculty and Graduate Student Seminar on research she is currently undertaking on the implementation of legislation in British Columbia, specifically the Family Law Act 2011 and the Wills, Estates and Succession Act 2009.
