UL Law Graduates Attend as Exhibitors at the UL Career Fair
The Cooperative Education & Careers Division in UL hosted the biggest career fair in Ireland on the 6th of October from 12 until 4. There were over 149 exhibitors, including a number of Dublin based law firms. A number of UL graduates were there to discuss apprenticeship and internship opportunities with current students. Among those in attendance were: Stephen Egan (Law Plus) who will qualify as a solicitor in 2017. Stephen is working with A and L Goodbody. Julianne Ellis and Deirdre Swift, Law Plus graduates, are trainee solicitors with William Fry. Julianne will qualify as a solicitor in 2017. Maples and Caulder employ a number of UL graduates including Niall Enright, a Law and Accounting graduate. For Eversheds, Lynda O’Neill, a graduate of Law and European Studies, was in attendance. Laura Costello, a Law Plus and LLM in International Commercial Law graduate, has just started the PPC 1 in the Law Society and is a trainee solicitor with Matheson. Aileen Fitzmaurice, the School of Law’s most recent graduate, has just started her traineeship with LK Shields
