Mr. Michael O'Neill, Head of Legal Affairs at the Garda Siochana Ombudsman Commission with the Masters in Human Rights and Policing Class at University of Limerick on Monday 23rd February, following his lecture entitled "Civilian Oversight of Policing in Ireland, Contemporary Issues".
