On Wednesday 19th April, Dr Ger Coffey Course Director of the LLM/MA Human Rights in Criminal Justice masters programme delivered an invited seminar entitled “Fundamental Rights in Crime Investigation” on the Senior Investigating Officer (SIO) Programme at the Garda College. SIO is a Postgraduate Diploma between the Garda College and UL. The seminar was delivered as part of a stage 1 course facilitated by Crime Investigation Training and the participants were all Detective Inspectors involved in the investigation of serious crime.
