On April 27 the School of Law hosted a Seminar on Wills: Mental Capacity Issues. Teresa Pilkington SC delivered a paper on Testamentary Capacity and Paula Fallon, Solicitor, delivered a paper on Making Testamentary Provision for Vulnerable Adults. The seminar was organised by Dr Una Woods and was well attended by local practitioners.
