Radio Interview with Dr Alan Cusack on Limerick’s Live 95
On Thursday, 3 May 2018, Dr. Alan Cusack was invited to contribute to the ‘Limerick Today Show’ presented by Joe Nash on Limerick’s Live 95FM. During the interview, Dr. Cusack spoke about the recommendations contained in the Rape Crisis Network’s recent report ‘Hearing Every Voice- Towards a New Strategy on Vulnerable Witnesses in Legal Proceedings’. Dr. Cusack also spoke about the advantages associated with facilitating pre-trial cross-examination and his recent meeting with the Minister for Justice, Charlie Flanagan, to discuss potential avenues for procedural reform.
