Prison Inspection Framework
Shane Kilcommins spoke at the launch of the Prison Inspection Framework on the 15th September. The Framework was launched by the Minister for Justice, Helen McEntee. Other speakers included Caron McCaffrey, Director General of the Irish Prison Service, and colleagues from the PRILA project, School of Law, Trinity College Dublin.
