The School of Law at the University of Limerick would like to invite you to a
Legal Research Methods Workshop followed by the Launch of the Research Methods Book edited by Laura Cahillane and Jennifer Schweppe
3pm, 21st March, Plassey House UL
The workshop will consider critical, theoretical, and alternative approaches in legal research.
Speakers include:
Dr Eoin Daly (NUIG): Using ‘theory’ in legal-research methodology
Dr Tanya Ní Mhuirthile (DCU): Integrating a feminist analysis
Dr Cliodhna Murphy (NUIM): Using an International law Approach
Professor Shane Kilcommins (UL): Critical Legal Theory in Legal Research
After the workshop at about 5.30 pm Professor Paul McCutcheon will launch the Legal Research Methods Book
Refreshments will be provided
