Professor Shane Kilcommins gave the criminal evidence law lectures in the Law Society of Ireland on Thursday 17th November, 2016. The lectures were delivered to the PPC I class, and covered issues such as the burden of proof, competence and compellabilty, corroboration, expert evidence, hearsay, confession evidence, and unconstitutionally obtained evidence.
