Dr Kathryn O’Sullivan, School of Law, University of Limerick was recently invited to the UniCesumar, Maringá, Brazil to participate in an international congress with colleagues from the Universitat de Barcelona in Spain and the Universidade de Lisboa and the Universidade de Coimbra in Portugal. During her stay, Kathryn delivered a paper on the evolution of family law in Ireland and met with representatives from UniCesumar including Director Wilson de Matos Silva.
The School of Law, Limerick, will welcome a team of law students from UniCesumar in January 2018 for a Winter School in Family Law. The team will be led by Professor Luiz Geraldo do Carmo Gomes – a former visiting scholar at the School of Law, UL.
