Eimear Gallagher, a graduate of the Law Plus degree programme, recently published her first article in the King’s Inns Student Law Review. The title of the article is ‘The Protection of ‘Beatha’ in Article 40.3.2°: Does the Irish Wording of the Constitution Create a Stronger Right of Autonomy in End of Life Decision-Making?’ The article was recognised as Best Submission by the journal.
