The event will run from 10am - 2pm, and lunch will be provided. To help us organize food and ensure the event runs smoothly we ask that students register their interest by emailing careers@courts.ie by Sunday 23rd April 2023.
The role of the Judicial Assistant is to provide assistance to a judge in carrying out their judicial function in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, and Circuit Court.
This role is an incredible opportunity for graduates to acquire valuable experience and gain unparalleled exposure to the legal profession by working side by side with the Judiciary.
Our Judicial Assistants Open Day promises to be an eventful day for students providing an excellent opportunity to network and learn about the Courts and the role of the Judicial Assistant. We have an exciting line-up of keynote speakers, including members of the judiciary and there will be ample opportunity for students to speak to our team about the role and application process. We’ll be finishing off the day with an optional tour and history of the Four Courts for Students that are interested.
We open the invitation to legal students in all years of university as while they won't be eligible to apply now, this may be something they are interested in pursuing in the future.
