The Chief Justice, Susan Denham, and the Committee for Judicial Studies invited Professor Shane Kilcommins to be a guest speaker at the Judges annual conference which was held on Friday 30th October 2015 in Dublin Castle. Shane delivered a paper on the role of victims in the criminal process.
