Dr. Susan Leahy appeared on the Today Show on Limerick’s Live95FM on Thursday, 15th June. Susan was interviewed about a recent incident where an individual was wrongly identified as a convicted sex offender and she outlined relevant laws on defamation and press regulation which might apply in cases like this. Susan lectures in Media Law and researches in the area of sexual offences and she is co-director of the Centre for Crime, Justice and Victim Studies.
