On 22 June 2020, the legal analysis of Paul Bradfield, Teaching Assistant in the Law School, was quoted in litigation at the International Criminal Court. In a motion filed by the Defence for Alfred Yekatom, in the Situation in the Central African Republic, Paul's analysis posted on the EJIL Talk! blog, was referred to at length in support of arguments made concerning the charged mode of liability."
