Dr John Lombard delivered an invited paper at the 8th Annual Palliative Care Research Network Symposium on 14 November. The event was organised by the All Ireland Institute of Hospice and Palliative Care. John spoke on the topic of a 'Rights-based approach to Out of Hours Services'.
