IALT Scholarship- Hope Davidson
Hope Davidson has been awarded one of the two 2015 PhD Scholarship for the Irish Association Law Teachers Annual Conference in Galway from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th of November. At it she will deliver her paper entitled 'Decision-making in dementia care: autonomy, capacity, and the legal doctrine of informed consent’. The Irish Association Law Teachers (IALT) was established in 1979 with the objective of advancing legal education, legal research and the work and interests of law teachers on the whole island of Ireland. It is an association with which the School of Law has close ties, Jennifer Schweppe is a past president and Dr Susan Leahy and our former colleague Dr Connie Healy are current council members.
