On Monday 9th April, Dr Ger Coffey (Course Director of the LL.M./M.A. Human Rights in Criminal Justice and member of the Centre for Crime, Justice & Victim Studies) visited the Institute of Technology Carlow to deliver a guest lecture entitled “Public Order Policing at the Use of Force.”
The guest lecture was followed by an information session on the suite of LL.M. programmes offered by the School of Law (LL.M./M.A. in Human Rights in Criminal Justice; LL.M. International Commercial Law; and LL.M. (General)). Prospective students received information about the masters programmes including the core and elective modules, entry requirements, the application process, graduate student life and service supports for UL students. There was a very good attendance by LL.B. students and staff teaching on the undergraduate law degree programme.
