On Friday 11th March the School of Law was delighted to welcome Gerry Greaney of Johnson & Johnson who delivered a guest lecture to students of the LLM International Protection of Intellectual Property Rights module. The topic of the guest lecture was 'The EU Unitary Patent'.
The lecture drew comparison with the US system of intellectual property law protection, traced the international evolution of patent law, and provided a practical perspective on the challenges and opportunities presented by the Unitary Patent.
