English and EU Competition Law
Ms. Eithne McCarthy, Deputy Director at the Competition and Markets Authority, London gave a vibrant update on 16th March about the recent developments in English and EU competition law. The event was organised by Sinead Eaton of the School of Law and was attended by students on the LLM in International Commercial Law, as well as by local practitioners. The talk culminated in some observations on the impact Brexit will have on competition law and the enforcement thereof.
