Dr Laura Cahillane takes part in TRICON research Group Webinar
Yesterday Dr Laura Cahillane took part in a webinar organised by Trinity College’s TRICON research group on the topic of the recent seminal judgment in the case of Costello v Government of Ireland. Dr Cahillane spoke about the concept of ‘constitutional identity’ and its capacity as a potential constitutional doctrine into the future.
