Judicial discipline Workshop
Dr Laura Cahillane spoke about judicial discipline at a workshop on Judging and the Judiciary at Cambridge University this week. The workshop included academic, judicial and practitioner contributions from over 12 different countries including Australia, the US, Israel, Singapore, the UK and many EU countries.
