Doing Feminist Legal Work Rapid Response Workshop
Last Friday Dr Laura Cahillane participated in a workshop entitled ‘Rapid Policy Responses and How to do them’, speaking about the issue of care and the forthcoming referendum on Article 41.2. The workshop was part of a project by Professor Aoife O’Donoghue of QUB and Dr Maeve Harding of UCD entitled ‘Doing Feminist Legal Work’ and involves the creation of a network of scholars across Ireland, Northern Ireland and Britain addressing emerging issues of gender and law.
