Professor Shane Kilcommins was invited to deliver a Public Lecture at Trinity College on the 2nd October. He delivered a paper entitled 'The Victim, the Public Interest and the Criminal Process'. The lecture was organised by the Crime and Punishment Research Group in the School of Law at TCD.
