On Saturday 6th October, UL School of Law in conjunction with Sweeney McGann ran a seminar titled ‘Consent and Capacity in Practice: Clinical and Legal Concerns’. The event was attended by over 120 people and included a mix of doctors, surgeons, nurses, and solicitors. The speakers at this interdisciplinary event were:
