On Tuesday September 27th, Sergeant John Flanagan delivered a talk to the first year students on the BA (Criminal Justice) programme. The talk focussed on the work of An Garda Siochana. This seminar is one of a series of seminars which will be delivered over the course of semester one and which will provide students with insights onto possible career paths which will be open to them after completion of their degree. The seminars have been organised by Dr. Susan Leahy (course director for the programme) and are funded by the Faculty of Arts Humanities and Social Studies Faculty Teaching Board.
