Luke Danagher has been appointed as a teaching assistant to cover additional Revenue teaching commitments.
Luke Danagher is an alumnus of UL having graduated in 2011 with an LLB in Law and European Studies, and an LLM in European and Comparative Law in 2012. After receiving a scholarship from the Centre of European Law, Luke began his PhD research at King’s College London in 2013. Luke’s primary research lies at the intersection of competition and criminal law theory. It seeks to assess the normative basis for cartel criminalization. At present, Luke is at the writing-up stage of his PhD. In 2015/2016 Luke also acted as a visiting lecturer of European Law at King’s.
