On Tuesday, 3 September 2019, the Irish Examiner cited the research of Dr. Alan Cusack on the law governing the use of special measures for vulnerable witnesses in Irish criminal proceedings.
The article, which was authored by Noel Baker, reported on research presented at the North South Criminology Conference which took place between 2–3 September 2019 in University College Cork. Dr. Cusack delivered a paper at the conference entitled: ‘Ireland’s Criminal Justice System and its Response to Crime Victims with Intellectual Disabilities: A Review of Recent Developments’.
