Fortis is an electronic document filing system, which is integrated with the main information systems. Administration Offices using Fortis have their information system generated documents automatically stored in Fortis and they scan (and file) their paper documents in the system.
Service Role for ITD/ Enterprise Solutions
Support calls are logged via the ITD Service Desk and assigned to Enterprise Solutions. The ‘standard’ SLA applies. Enterprise Solutions liaise with Reseller/Docuware to find a solution.
