What are the opening hours of the ITD Service Desk?

During the academic year, the ITD Service Desk is open from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday, and between 10am and 2pm on Saturdays.  During the summer, the opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

How do I ‘Log a Call’?

  1. If you know your password, click here and log in to our Call Management System (Log in to the Self-Service Portal). From here you will be able to view information on what IT Services are available at UL, and if required, you can log a call by using the ‘Ask Us’ function or by completing one of the online forms. 
  2. If you have forgotten your password, click here to complete an Online Form to request a new password.
