IT Help Clinic are available in the Foyer of the Glucksman Library on:

Monday – Friday: 2pm – 3pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 6pm – 7pm

  • Student Printing Issues
  • Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues
  • Installing of Office 365 and other Student Supported Software
  • ITD advise the below on Virus Issues

Please Note: ITD cannot support hardware on individual personal devices

In order to protect your personal data and follow UL ITD regulations, it is each student's own responsibility to install and update anti-virus on their own laptops.

  • If you already have AV software, it must be active (receiving regular software updates). If you are using  trial AV Software or the license has expired, you are no longer protected so you need to upgrade it or replace it as soon as possible.
  • You can download free anti-virus for your personal laptop/device.
  • Download Avast Antivirus Software from
  • Scan your laptop with Avast Antivirus Software  . When the is complete remove any threats.

Malware Removal Software

Scan you laptop with any of the above Malware Removal Software . When the is complete remove any threats.

Please Note: ITD does not provide technical support for any Antivirus Software on personal owned laptops.
