The first step is to check if the University already has a contract in place for the supply of goods and services you require, you can access details of current contracts here. If what you require is not on this section you should check the Office of Government Procurement listing of frameworks and arrangements to identify possible agreements matching your requirements.  A list of the current frameworks is available on the procurement website. Should you locate a possible match please contact UL procurement at and they can provide the user information guides, the suitability of the frameworks to your requirements. If there is no match with current contracts and OGP frameworks it is likely that a bespoke process will need to be run, UL procurement will advise and a PSR will need to be completed.
