The Office of the President has a structured Quality Management System (QMS) in place which is aligned to the seven quality management principles outlined in the University's Quality Review Process for Support Departments. Our QMS is a set of defined policies and procedures that provide a formal framework describing the way business is conducted, enabling us to meet our customer requirements and to engage in continual improvement of our services.
For the purposes of our QMS, Office of the President includes the President's Office, the Corporate Secretary's Office and the Quality Support Unit.
