EATAW encourages the participation of writing scholars who have had papers accepted for the EATAW 2011 conference but who are unable to attend because of economic hardship.

EATAW is offering two types of awards: Full Conference Scholarships and Partial Conference Scholarships. Full Conference Scholarships cover the conference registration fee, accommodation for three nights, and travel expenses up to €250. Partial Conference Scholarships cover the conference registration fee and accommodation for three nights and travel expenses up to €100.

EATAW is unable to provide additional living subsidies once the sponsored scholar is at the conference. The EATAW Board hopes to award a total of five scholarships.

If you would like to apply to be considered for an EATAW Conference Scholarship, please complete the scholarship application form and attach a copy of your accepted abstract.
