If you have difficulty logging into your UL account or using ULs IT services, you need to log a call with the ITSS to get your issue resolved. You must log your call online, but they are dealt with quite quickly.
LOG A CALL: Go to www.ul.ie/itss, and follow the instructions.
ASSISTANCE AND INSTRUCTIONS: ITSS has published a section on their Call Management System (TopDesk) to help students called ‘Remote Study’ which includes instructions and relevant content for students. You can view the remote study information by logging in to TopDesk https://ul.topdesk.net/ and select the ‘Remote Study’ tile
SECURITY – remember ITD or ITSS will NEVER send you an email looking for your UL email username and password, and DO NOT click on links or attachments from senders that you do not recognise (think-before-you-click)
TIP: Regardless of your query with regard to UL, a good place to start is www.ul.ie and use its search function as you would google.
