The new University of Limerick Office 365 environment was enabled on Monday October 21st. A small number of Microsoft Teams users who contacted ITD prior to the migration have had their Teams data moved to the new 365 environment.
Some University of Limerick staff who are members of Teams site which are owned by an external site / body have experienced difficulties in connecting to these Teams sites since the migration on Oct 21st. The following steps should be taken by the Teams owner to resolve this problem. This may require assistance from an IT administrator.
If you have any queries on your account please log a call on ITD’s Call Management System (TOPdesk - https://ul.topdesk.net ). Click on the ‘Office 365’ menu, select the appropriate option on the right hand menu and complete the online form.
