The new University of Limerick Office 365 environment was enabled on Monday October 21st. The migration has had minimal impact on Skype for Business Users.
To maintain connectivity users should already have signed out and resigned in to Skype for Business. Please ensure to select “Delete my sign-in info” option before signing in.
If you have any queries on your account please log a call on ITD’s Call Management System (TOPdesk - https://ul.topdesk.net ). Click on the ‘Office 365’ menu, select the appropriate option on the right hand menu and complete the online form.
