Launch of new ITD Call Management System and Self Service Portal


On Thursday 15th March, ITD will launch a new call management system and self-service portal (SSP) which will replace the current system you use for contacting ITD. You don’t need to make any changes - the link you currently use will automatically redirect to the new system on the launch date. This video provides a short demonstration on the key features of the new system.
