How to I order a Device from Dell?
- Go to the HEAnet store, and click on Dell icon on the home page
- Select the University of Limerick as your home organisation from the dropdown menu.
- Log in with your computer account username and password
- Click on See all offers
- To see more information on a device click on See Offer or Click Redeem to continue to Dell to purchase.
- Sign In or Create an account with Dell (Dell use MFA/2FA verification)
- Click Standard Configurations to see the available offers
- Choose your preferred device and Click Add to Basket, a popup with appear, Click on Go to Basket
- Check order details and if correct, Click Checkout
- At the Delivery and Payment section complete all required information (you will not be able to continue without filling in all required fields)
- For Company Name field use: HEAnet
- For Purchase Order number use: abc1234
