If you would like to participate in the conference, you can do so in a number of ways: though a discussion session, a problem solving workshop, or by presenting a seminar paper.

Guidelines for Participation Submissions
1. Discussion Sessions
These will be in the format of a roundtable discussions where presenters will speak on a topical issue for five minutes each. The aim is not to present research findings but to engage in interactive discussions about understanding, combating, and responding to hate crime. Submissions should be no longer than 200 words, and there should be no more than five participants. Please include the following details:

Is there a particular problem or difficulty facing you or your organisation that you would like to discuss? Group activities will be used in order to explore ways in which both academia and the public sector or civil society organisations can improve our understanding of, or responses to, hate crime. A Seminar Paper
If you would like to present either a traditional academic paper (e.g. exploring new research findings or theoretical perspectives), OR a practice-based presentation (for e.g. outlining best practices or new practical work being carried out) we would love to hear from you. This should take the form of a traditional conference paper. Submissions should be no longer than 200 words. Please include the following details:
