LM121 - Bachelor of Science in Computing Technologies (Common Entry)

This programme may suit if you are enjoy using computers and are interested and curious about how they work. If you are the sort of person that likes problem solving, even if it takes time, and appreciates creativity, and gets a "buzz" from making “things” then this is a degree program for you, that can lead to a wide variety of career paths and opportunities. course outline

This programme is the common entry point for

  • B.Sc. Computer Games Development
    If you are a creative type of person who enjoys puzzles and solving problems, this could be the programme for you. If you enjoy any kind of games, whether computer games or traditional board games, particularly if you like playing with alternative/optional rules, then this might be the course for you. course outline
  • B.Sc. Computer Systems
    Are you the kind of person who can deal with abstract ideas and concrete details equally well? Do you enjoy project work, learning new things and constantly wanting to improve your handiwork? Are you interested in programming and problem solving? Would you like a career where job satisfaction is more important than image? If so, this might be the course for you. course outline
  • B.Sc. Mobile Communications and Security
    This course will show you how to build secure systems to protect vital information and equip you with the expertise to be a leader in the on-going mobile networking revolution. Bachelor of Science in Creative Media and Interaction Design

This programme may suit if you have an interest in combining highly technological skills with artistic and creative endeavor or if you are interested in developing creative ideas into new interactive products. This programme allows you to take a variety of subjects centred on a human approach to computing technologies before deciding to choose whether to enroll in the BSc in Digital Media Design or BSc. in Music Multimedia Performance Technology. course details
