Dr Susan Leahy participates in SLSA Annual Conference

On March 28th, Dr Susan Leahy presented her research on media reporting on sexual violence at the annual Socio-Legal Studies Association conference, which was held at Portsmouth University. The presentation provided an overview of Susan's research project on this topic, which is funded by the Irish Research Council New Foundations Scheme, and is conducted in partnership with the Sexual Violence Centre Cork, which runs the @FixedIt social media campaign. This paper was delivered as part of the 'Sexual Offences and Offending' stream, which Susan convenes with Dr Eithne Dowds (Queen's University Belfast) and Dr Siobhan Weare (Lancaster University).
